Last Friday, Fly Ace Corporation invades the National University Bulldogs for the annual culinary school tour, Jolly University. Jolly, University is a continuous learning program exclusively for the college students, which will allow to Learn the essentials of industry skills; Create career milestones; and Share inspiring values that will prepare them for to be future leaders today.

National University was the last leg of the culinary school tour. They have 3 groups and 3 members in each group. The winning dish is Vegetable Samosa, and Lychee Pannacotta, it was made by the JIP Girls. The winner was chosen by the following criteria: Food Execution 25%, Relevant Usage of Jolly Food Items 25%, Organization and Sanitation 20%, Taste and Texture 20% and Creativity and Visual Impact.
